Throw a few dried strawberries and cherries on your cheeseboard, and you’ll perfectly match the dark red fruit flavors of Pinot Noir. Stuffed mushrooms. Truffles. Asparagus wrapped in bacon.

Entree Paring: Roast turkey, chicken, pork, rabbit, and duck. Lamb chops, BBQ pork ribs, pizza, salmon, and vegetables, including butternut squash, brussels sprouts, and asparagus.
