Syrah Yakima Valley 2019 750 mL

Our Syrah opens with brooding notes of boysenberry, violet and spice, and fresh herbs. Darker berry fruits and cracked pepper fill the glass alongside bright black-purple color. Medium-bodied, rich, and intense lavish combination of crushed blackberries and blueberries to the luxurious mouthfeel. Velvety soft flavors follow with lightly grainy tannins backing it up, showing good balance throughout.

Pair with: Lamb chops, roast lamb, braised lamb, or all lamb. Pork tenderloin, BBQ pork, steak with peppercorns, meatloaf, baked ham, burgers, and bacon.

Appetizer Pairing: Finger foods with cheese, black olives, charcuterie, garlic, and meaty flavors.

Dessert Pairing: Strawberry, semi-dark and dark chocolate flavor desserts are excellent.
