 Appetizer Pairing: Pates, fresh fruit, and cheese plates. Baked ricotta cheese. Sushi and sashimi. Shrimp dips. Chicken or Caesar salad. Creamy vegetable soups. Shellfish (shrimp, lobster, crab, scallops, oysters, mussels, clams). Salty crackers, cheeses like Morbier, Raclette, Taleggio, Munster, and Livarot. 

Entree Paring: White blend pairs beautifully with flaky white fish, seafood, sushi and shellfish, like langoustines, clams, and mussels. Salmon. Poultry, spicy foods, heavier dishes, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, grilled fish with lemon, fish curry, shellfish, oysters with spicy sauces, to a light pasta dish or vegetarian food.

Dessert Pairing: Crème brulée, cheesecake, and vanilla pudding. Shortbread and oatmeal cookies are additional desserts to try with this wine. Apple pie or nutty cakes.
