Our Cabernet Sauvignon’s aromas erupt with notes of white and black pepper, dried herb, dark raspberry, and Sauvage. A smooth elegant wine with flavors of black cherries, chocolate, and espresso, both simultaneously delicate and intensely flavorful, hanging on the extended finish and great acidity.

Appetizer Pairing: Grilled Portabello mushroom with butter and garlic. Hard cheeses such as aged cheddar or gouda. Blue cheeses like Gorgonzola with a steak or a burger.

Entree Paring: Steak, short ribs, braised beef, roast or grilled lamb, game (deer, venison), poultry or a good burger.
