Our Merlot opens with a dark red fruit aroma, led by black cherry, currant jelly, cedar, nutmeg, and barrel spice. Backed by bittersweet chocolaty tannins, it’s medium to full-bodied and has a lovely sense of tension and texture on the palate.

Appetizer Pairing: Usually include olives, cheese, meat, or mushrooms. Merlot will also be suitable together with different types of charcuterie.
